Using the service
You may use the public service and any account features made available to you in accordance with these terms and the interface instructions. Some areas are beta, invite-only, age-limited or role-limited. Availability of a feature is not a promise that it will remain available, arrive on a particular date or work on every device.
Accounts and access
Keep your sign-in method and recovery details under your control. Do not share a session, impersonate another person or try to enter a staff-only area. A member account does not grant staff access, and we may require additional verification for sensitive account changes or restricted tools.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse, attack, scrape at a harmful rate, reverse engineer around access controls, introduce malware, defraud, collect other people’s information without a lawful basis, disrupt a match or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, integrations or infrastructure.
Community and published material
Criticism, humour and disagreement can belong in a lively room. Threats, targeted harassment, scams, doxxing, unlawful material and coordinated abuse do not. We may remove or limit material or access when needed to protect people, enforce these rules or meet a legal obligation; the available review path depends on the feature and circumstances.
Your contributions
You remain responsible for material you submit and for having the rights or permission needed to submit it. By posting into a public or community feature, you give Guys Cast the limited permission needed to host, display, format and moderate that material within the service. Do not submit confidential information that you do not want handled through that feature.
Intellectual property
Guys Cast, Guys Nexus and Amorique materials remain protected by their respective owners. Access does not grant permission to reproduce, resell, train models on, remove branding from or commercially exploit material except where the interface or a written licence clearly says otherwise.
Purchases and external services
A shop listing, external link or platform badge can involve its own checkout, delivery, availability and policy terms. Read the information shown before you continue. We do not represent that an external service, creator page or platform is controlled by Guys Cast merely because it is linked from the service.
Changes, questions and reports
We may update these terms as the service changes. When a material change needs notice, we aim to make that notice available in an appropriate place in the service. For a question, safety concern or report, use the Contact page; do not send passwords, session cookies or one-time codes. This summary does not remove rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
